Enjoying a holiday near the dunes in Duinhuis 11!

Located just a 300 meters from the beach you can find this luxurious holiday home. You can optimally enjoy a luxury stay in this brand new house located directly near the vast dunes of Renesse.

The ground floor offers a modern kitchen, a large dining table and cosy sofa for the whole family. The three spacious bedrooms all have boxspring beds and offer you a beautiful view over the dunes through the multiple windows. The bathroom on the first floor is provided with a double sink and rainshower. The upper floor also has a rainshower.

The large, enclosed garden faces south and has a cabin where you can stall your bikes. The covered terrace is a perfect spot to relax. In holiday home Duinhuis 11, you’ll experience all the rest you seek for during your holiday!

This accommodation is not rented to adolescents (aged <25 years) and/or groups.

Tolles Haus mit Abzügen in der B Note sowie Unfaire Behandlung

Das Haus ist sehr neu und modern eingerichtet. Lage zum Strand ist sehr kurz nur über zwei Straßen und man ist beim Strandaufgang. E Ladesäulen in der Umgebung. Brouwersdam ist 3Min fahrt. Zwei Fahrräder und Grill sind vorhanden. Das Badezimmer hat kein Fenster zum öffnen. Bei uns funktionierte aber leider nicht die Lüftung. Das ganze Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Das Elternschlafzimmer hat nur ein Dachfenster. Rollos sind vorhanden. Aber man wird früh von der Sonne geweckt wegen den Gardinen. Wir haben unser E Auto dort beigeladen von 97/ auf 100. Ein Verbot stand nirgends uns wurde aber Kaution gekürzt um 45%. Der Vermieter hätte es am ANFANG der Woche gesehen aber man kann uns mal nicht ansorechen. Lieber Geld mit Kaution verdienen. Wir hatten jn der Woche sehr viel Probleme mit Fliegen und sind nach Hause gekommen mit Ausschlag. Arzt hat eine Diagnose gemacht Bettwanzen. Vermieter teilte dann mit das es aber auch Eichenprozessionspinner sein können. Eine Eiche steht ja im Garten.

Urlaub im Mai 2017

Ein Traumhaus. Ausstattung wie beschrieben. Sauber und wirklich super schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Bequeme Betten (genial, wenn man es im Rücken hat). Man hat alles was man braucht. Wir alle (6 Erwachsene) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Kleines Manko war das 3. Schlafzimmer. Es befindet sich im Spitzboden und ist leider auf einer Empore ohne Tür. Zu hellhörig. Ansonsten hatten wir eine tolle Woche. Unsere Pferde waren in der Nähe untergebracht und schnell erreichbar. Betreuung war super, alles gut vorbereitet.
