Urlaub in Holland

Urlaub in Holland is immer schön .waren viel unterwegs .das Häuschen endspricht nicht den preis..zu teuer .wie wir angekommen sind mussten wir alles aufstellen roch muffig. Gartengarnitur musste ich sauber machen .liege war eine defekt und Terrasse hatte ich sauber gemacht .das Häuschen kann man schön machen mit parr neue Möbeln und anstrich .alles zu dunkel. Würde es keinen empfehlen anlage drum herum is schön .meine Kollege hat dort auch gebucjt und hat weniger bezahlt und das Häuschen war richtig schön

Ferienwohnung Ellemeet

Ferienwohnung liegt etwa 1000m vom Strand entfernt in einer sehr gepflegten Anlage. Möbel, Geschirr etc. sind wild durchmischt und nichts passt zusammen, was uns aber auch nicht gestört hat. Das Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss ist sehr klein, nahezu winzig. Der kleine Garten ist nicht einsehbar und lädt zu gemütlichen Abenden auf der Terrasse ein. Für Hunde ist die Gegend und auch die Wohnung perfekt, lediglich eine Umzäunung des kleinen Grundstücks hat uns gefehlt.

Es war alles in Ordnung. Nur das Schlafzimmer unten ist sehr klein. Ebnfalls das Badezimmer. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Kein Wohlfühlfaktor, für uns nicht gemütlich

Leider mussten wir feststellen, dass das Haus mit einem Sammelsurium an Mobiliar und Einrichtungsgegenständen ausgestattet ist, die nicht alle speziell für diese Unterkunft angeschafft wurden bzw. wenn doch, dann preislich im niedrigsten Bereich angesiedelt sind. Man kommt zurecht, es fehlt in der nominalen Ausstattung an wenig. Aber einige Dinge wären bei uns bereits den letzten Gang gegangen (z.B. angeschmurgelte Kaffeekanne, schimmliger Duschvorhang, Konglomerat an Tassen, Tellern, Töpfen, Besteck...). Einiges an elektrischer Installation ist laienhaft improvisiert und wenig vertrauenerweckend (z.B. die elektrische Badheizung ohne Thermostat, die über "Stecker in Steckdose" ein- und ausgeschaltet wird, z.B. der Kühlschrank ohne Einstellknopf, der den Salat unten gefrieren lässt, die Spülmaschine, die nur bei jedem dritten oder vierten Anlauf tatsächlich einmal durchläuft und zwischendurch Fehler mit der Wasserversorgung meldet). Das Grundstück ist für (mittelgroße) Hunde mitnichten abgeschlossen, der Hecken"zaun" lud unseren Hund zu Spaziergängen auf dem dahinterliegenden Fahrweg ein. Wir hatten gehofft, unseren Hund zwischendurch in den Garten lassen zu können. Positiv: Der Strand ist ca. 15 Minuten Fußweg entfernt und lädt zu Spaziergängen mit Einkehrmöglichkeiten ein. Unseren Erwartungen wurde das Häuschen dem recht hohen Mietpreis nicht gerecht, die Wohnsituation war chaotisch und unübersichtlich (nicht an Hausgästen orientiert, es gab außer einer 2-minütigen Schlüsselübergabe keine Einweisung vom Verwalter, die Funktionsweisen diverser "Gerätschaften" erschlossen sich nicht sofort), der Blick in den kleinen Garten (in der Beschreibung mit Weitwinkelobjektiv aufgenommen) war für uns nüchtern und trostlos. Etwas mehr Bemühen um das Wohlfühlen der Gäste statt der ausgehangenen und ausgelegten Verhaltensregeln in Haus und Park wäre freundlich und aufmerksam gewesen. Bsp: Eine Bedienungsanleitung für den Fernseher mit seinen diversen Verkabelungen für SAT (die SAT-Schüssel ging gar nicht, oder waren wir nur zu doof?), eine Settop-Box über Internet und einen DVD-Player (war es einer???) wäre durchaus hilfreich, ohne zuerst die Beschaltung und vier Fernbedienungen analysieren zu müssen, um letztlich nur ARD, ZDF und WDR sehen zu können. Hier wird ohne Aufwand vermietet, weil man vermieten muss. Der "persönliche Touch" des Eigentümers ließ ein Wohlfühlen für uns nicht aufkommen. Ab und zu lohnt sich ein Blick aus dem Winkel der Hausgäste.

Rundum, trotz Corona~ Lage, zufrieden! Immer Kontakt mit der Fa. Roosen, die Hilfestellung / Rückmeldung gegeben hat. Ausreichend großes Haus und schön mit Hund 🐾🐾😊

Der Aufenthalt hat uns gut gefallen. Leider hatte ich etwas Allergie in der oberen Etage aufgrund von Hausstaub. Aber an sich war alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit.

Umzäunter Garten

Das Objekt ist nicht umzäunt. Ich hatte vorher noch einmal ausdrücklich gefragt. Es ist lediglich eine Hecke als Sichtschutz vorhanden. ( Wir haben 2 Hunde , deshalb war uns das wichtig )

Schöner Urlaub über Silvester

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen. In zehn Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Strand - mit einem schönen Strandpavillion.. Wer gerne kocht sollte ein paar scharfe Messer mitbringen.. Wir wollten im Winter den Grill im Garten anwerfen - leider war kein Rost dabei. Schade!
