"This is an amazing apartment!! We decided to travel last minute and everything from the booking process to communication with the owner was easy. While we did not use all the Barrier Island amenities because it’s off season (and we own another home nearby), I can tell you they are convenient and great for families. We adore the sound side view and the sunsets were incredible. If you are looking for an alternative to renting a whole house, this is your best option! A note if you have any mobility issues, the stairs to get to the second floor are steep and there are two flights. Otherwise it’s super spacious (can easily accommodate a family or 2-3 adult couples) clean, private and comfortable! We will definitely book again when we need extra space for a family vacation!"

"This is a great property. Everything was well stocked in the kitchen. The pool and hot tub are very nice. Just a few minutes walk from the beach. Lots of outdoor seating. Very convenient to numerous restaurants. We did have a little snag getting in the digital lock but this was quickly rectified when I called. Someone was out to fix it the next morning. The owners responded immediately to assure we got in. Tons of TVs so everyone can spread out as needed. Very quiet neighborhood. "

Only bummer was the rainy weather one day but the place was comfortable enough to make it enjoyable. Well appointed kitchen with enough supplies to get us started.
