All of the staff here, go out of their way to ensure your stay is as wonderful as Verona is and I would only ever stay here when visiting. Location is perfect, rooms spacious and very comfortable. Huge choice at breakfast to set you up for the day ahead and with some clever tips from the knowledgable front desk it really is a gem of a hotel. thankyou again to all the staff who made our stay fabulous and hello to Mia as well x"
