8.2/10 Very good! (4,382 reviews)
We arrived and had booked 2 rooms. Of those two rooms one of them was dirty and very smelly. We called the front desk to complain and they said that they would send someone over. We waited over 30 minutes and finally went to the front desk. They then sent someone from housekeeping who wanted to just spray a bunch of chemicals in the room. We did not want this so we just got a new room. The hotel itself was really hard to navigate. It was nearly impossible to locate the public restroom outside of the lobby because the sign is pointed other ways. The toilets in each of the rooms and their bathrooms were so low to the ground that it was very hard to get on and off of them. Our room had a big water stain on the ceiling and no phone in the room. The continental breakfast was just bread and some slices of deli cheese and hard-boiled eggs. There was no yogurt, fruit, or muffins or pastries. I would not recommend this hotel. We stayed here out of convenience to Fenway and cost. However, the room being dirty and having to get it switched took so much time that we missed our dinner reservations. This was a major inconvenience for us.
