    "No air conditioning! The thermostat did not work. The room got very hot and muggy on a 60 degree day. There was a musty smell and no air circulation in the room. The hotel location is in a bad part of town. I would not even venture down the sidewalk in that area during the day. The rooftop restaurant view was great, but you have to be a patron of the restaurant to go there. The staff was very nice. I checked out the next morning and went elsewhere."

    "Staff were nice and accommodating. Rooms were clean and spacious. I think the only issue is the parking because it’s off the property plus it’s public although it is only a walking distance. It doesn’t feel safe to leave your car overnight. Just my opinion anyway. Overall it is a nice, clean hotel."

This was a neat historic hotel in a very convenient location, right by the Westlake Center monorail station and in easy walking distance to the waterfront and Pike Place Market.     "To start the room and hotel itself are very clean, the staff that works at the hotel were very accommodating and helpful. Unfortunately we had guests at the hotel that kept us up til 3 am night one, I eventually had to go to the balcony and ask them to stop being so loud which they finally did. Night 2 we wanted to hang out at the pool and use the hot tub, sauna and steam room…the other guests with kids had their kids keeping the sauna doors open, filling up empty water bottles to poor all over..."

    "Location, location, location! Can walk to most everything. Modern, clean spacious rooms with very comfortable and soft beds. They are a bit low to the floor but that's fine for me. Excellent soundproofing too. Never hear people in other rooms so you get a good night's sleep. Also like the tree lined streets with lots of birds singing! Many good restaurants nearby.
