Our room was fabulous! Beautiful hotel.
Oliver’s was a disappointment. Dinner service was very slow. Food was just ok. We gave them another chance at breakfast. Food was great but service was terrible. Very slow. No requested coffee refills and our waitress seemed to disappear. Had to request our bill from another staffer.
So the accommodations were excellent but I would skip Oliver’s next time, which is sad because I like having an onsite restaurant after a long day of travel. Very disappointed.

The staff was wonderful! They were so helpful suggesting and getting us a shuttle to the cruise port and printing off new luggage tags for us when we discovered we had the wrong ones. The hotel location was perfect for exploring Pike Place Market, We would definitely stay there again if we have the opportunity to return to Seattle.
