"The location of this hotel is amazing. Right next door to the silver line bus station which takes you straight to South Station. Rooms were clean and modern but I am skeptical that the bed was truly a queen size bed. I would appreciate the option of overhead lighting as the room can be quite dark with just the light coming from the wall."

"The second night of our stay, the thermostat fan would not turn off, and the night desk clerk couldn't do anything but put pillows on the vent. We should have called when we noticed it at 10 p.m. and maybe the maintenance people would still have been on duty."

"The staff were readily available and very helpful. Our room and bed were very comfortable. The breakfast was good and they welcomed us to use the facility to eat other meals in, use the microwave and help ourselves to coffee, tea and hot chocolate. They provided complimentary shuttle service to the subway station - we never waited long! They also have a shuttle to the airport and cruise terminal which was very handy! All in all, we enjoyed our stay."
