We were only there overnight but it was a great experience. Staff were so friendly and helpful, Rooms were clean, cozy, comfortable a d location was amazing and close to stores fold and shopping. One item that must be addressed is that shuttle instructions on the internet/website are outdated. The pickup location for the bus shuttle is not at the onboarding stations across from door 8 of the Jetstar terminal. It is not across from door 8, but rather 30 meters to the right after exiting door 8. "
