"Would have been nice had the clerk mentioned the planned power outage for morning at exactly when we needed to be getting ready in the pitch black room as we had no ext window. Apparently we were supposed to know this by reading the sign on the far left of desk. Also would have been nice if he had mentioned our room was alongside the pool where we could enjoy the noise of all the kids swimming til 10 instead of getting to sleep for an early surgery next day. Also would be nice if they could explain the additional $20.95 charge above our expedia total. Decent enough hotel for having little updates since those two giant waterslides went in, just going to have to elevate their customer service to stay relevant for the future"

"The air conditioner appears quite old and was not functioning properly, which made the room uncomfortably warm. Unfortunately, this affected my children’s ability to sleep well. Additionally, the room felt quite limited in space."

"Elevator has been fixed, cigarette stench not in evidence, and an overall great experience. Its inconvenience stems from being across a very busy highway, and zero amenities around it. Also, parking can be a problem, which is bad considering the fact that if full, there's nowhere else to park, and you can't park elsewhere then walk."

"The house is small but totally adequate for our purpose to give us space to visit when not doing the rodeo stuff. We appreciated the washer & dryer and the kitchen especially. The street is quiet but yet close to everything we needed. Not being from the area, we found some sort of bug crawling on the floors and walls - not a huge issue but just wondered about it? Maybe the host could give some info on this."
