"This hotel is HORRIBLE!! Save your money and stay somewhere else. To start, it took over 20 minutes to check-in because there was ONE guy working the desk and he had absolutely no pep in his step. He talked to one lady for 10 minutes AFTER she was checked in and ready to leave because they started talking about insurance (unrelated to visit), a vacation he had coming up, and then about something he pulled up on his phone. When we did check in our $335 room we reserved on Expedia turned into a $494.91 charge for 2 days. You have to pay $36 per vehicle per day for the parking garage. Plus a $75 security deposit when there’s nothing about either of these charges when you initially reserve the room but you can’t cancel the room without paying the price you reserved. Then after paying that much and waiting for ages for the worlds slowest elevator (where only 2 out of 3 elevators even work) we walked into a dirty room. Food and crumbs all over the floor and a filthy shower with hair all over the shower walls. Plus housekeeping knocking on our door at 8am Saturday morning despite our do not disturb sign being on the door. "

"Dust in the room! Very outdated room.. Carpets in the rooms smells bad. Really Really need to update the property from inside. Especially the carpets in the rooms. "

"Kitchen was fully equipped and house was clean. Beach was super close. Host responded to questions in a timely manner. Everything was good. Suggestion-maybe use unscented laundry detergent on sheets for guests who are sensitive. "

"The hostess was awesome with responses and customer service, but I did feel a bit catfished when I showed up. Lots of construction through the building that seems to have been stagnant for awhile with a shotty contractor. Definitely an older facility in which should have been brought up or noted in the listing. Strong smells of weed through the area, but then again it was spring break. With updating, this property would be awesome. The view from the balcony was beautiful but we didn’t stick around long enough to see the sunset… got a room down the road for half the money. "

"This place was in an amazing location, very close to beach and a small park just a block away, near a fishing spot and you can see the CC bridge and the aircraft carrier from the property. "
