"We enjoyed our stay in Buckeye and loved the biking and hiking we did in the surrounding area. The house is nice with spacious bedrooms, comfortable beds, and a great screen porch but for the price could use some furniture upgrades, flow adjustments, and deep cleaning. River access is great and it would be really nice if the owner allowed guests to use the kayaks and floats that are stored there. The kitchen has nice/new appliances, is well stocked, and overall functions pretty well. Be aware that the house is elevated above the flood plain so there are some long and steep stairs to access the living spaces."

"We chose Marlinton having researched the motorcycle roads.com web site. It is the perfect home base for some of the best roads in WV and western VA. 6 of us spent 5 nights and we truly enjoyed the property. If a lack or AC concerns you, it should not, our stay was during very uncommon high temps day and night and the home still cooled down beautifully with the fans provided. We spent one entire day in the home due to rain and still enjoyed our day on the beautiful covered porch. We are very familiar with VRBO homes and this what the best host communication we have experienced. Jenny cares about your experience. Very safe neighborhood never even a little concerned about our bikes. All amenities were provide we could ever ask for. I asked the group for suggestions to add, and they had nothing. The most shocking, and personal preference, was that everyone found their bed comfortable. Thank you!"

"The house was great close to the lake and parks.it was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked.the whole place was very clean and comfortable.our grandkids had a excellentTime.beds were very comfortable as was the clean hot tub.we were a little disappointed that our son who was camping at mountain lakes campground was not permitted to visit us due to the policy of no visitors."

"If you are looking for a place to stay in Seebert, this is the one. It has everything you need and more. Well equipped kitchen, very clean and comfortable, and an amazing man cave garage complete with pool and poker table. Very peaceful and private with beautiful view.Just a short drive and you have access to the river. Everyone in my family enjoyed it and we are planning a return visit in the fall."

"The host was very helpful answering a few pre check in questions. Very clean and well stocked with towels and toiletries, and extra pillows and blankets were available. Nice and clean. Very quiet neighborhood. Love that there were board games and outdoor games available. The book selection was interesting. We loved the decor. Nice having the pool close and much to do within a half hour radius. The lawn care cut thrle grass on Friday and my husband and I came out to sit at the picnic table and he came around and said sorry to interrupt your rest and relaxation, which he wasn't, as we undérstand that lawn care needs done. He talked with us for a minute or two and was very pleasant. We will definitely like to stay here again!"
