"The main issue at this property all though this person is excellent at checking you. But there customer I have only seen employees act like this in this area of Connecticut. No respect no manners go back and forth with you. Like your money as no value. That shirt indian guy works at the Red Carpet Inn. Everyone vaho stay there doesn't like dealing with this guy. Very rude and out of Pocket . He a liability."

I had to shut the unit off and use extra blankets. Other than that, the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good and it was very convenient to the airport. "
