"The property was great for our family. Having bedrooms and bathrooms on each floor was a plus. The scenery from the multiple decks is extraordinary and we loved seeing a bear (from a distance). I would definitely recommend the property and plan to come back in the future."

My stay at the Grafton Lodge was very enjoyable. I had no car so it was a great location to walk to the lake. Breakfast was amazing and the bed were exceptionally soft and comfortable. Rich and Kim were really helpful to me helping me get to and from the mountain. I highly recommended this spot as a go toin Lake Lure.

I came for the Trial of the World Equestrian competition at Tryon and stayed 4 nights at Carrier House B&B. It was beyond any expectation. Russel cooked us a different two services breakfast every morning. The rooms are perfect with excellent quality beds. The houses are charming and have a soul (I think there are part of the protected historic houses - dating 19th century). The furniture are same as the house, like from an antique shop. All perfect.

Pinecrest is easy to find, the room was beautiful, clean, quiet. Breakfast was very good and flexible for the time. I would surely come back again !
