"This hotel is our favorite pet-friendly hotel in downtown Durham. During this last visit, I had inadvertently double booked myself a room directly with the hotel and on Expedia. The check-in host was so kind to cancel the room booked directly with the hotel without penalties. I certainly was not expecting that and figured I'd be paying for two rooms due to my oversight. Thank you 21c hotel. That made my day, and I will certainly return. "

"Super cozy, charming home in a cute, walkable, safe neighborhood. My dogs were thrilled to get to walk everywhere. The home is in an ideal location, close to stores and restaurants.Everything was very clean with lots of amenities. It had everything I needed for my stay. It's clear the owner has put thought into making this a welcoming and comfortable place to stay. The owner is wonderful about communication and providing an easy check in process.I will definitely book this home again. I especially loved the cute front porch."

"Clean house with an easy check in when we arrived late at night. We visited Duke and it was an easy walk to East Campus where we could catch the shuttle to west campus. The beds were comfy and bathrooms clean. The neighborhood was quiet. "

Shampoo and conditioner, nice towels, makeup removal cloth, q-tips, cotton balls, multiple boxes of Kleenex, a full sized monitor to plug our laptop into. Great location 5 to 10 minutes to downtown Durham and Duke University. Quiet neighborhood that is good for dog walking."
