Offering 1 king, 2 queens, a bunk bed (listed as the den) and 4 twins; this home has plenty of room for that extended family! Sprawling fenced in back yard that is just perfect for the kids to play in, so bring your soccer ball! Back deck to enjoy a cold drink on or relax in the sun with a good book. Close to town for all of your shopping, dining and entertainment! Central a/c to cool you down on those hot summer days, and Wi-Fi to keep you connected to all of your news and sports! A short drive brings you to Pleasant Bay, Oyster Pond Beach or the Nantucket Sound. Or pack a lunch, grab your bikes and head to the near by bike path! Dog friendly! 2 dogs allowed max. LOVE LOVE LOVE!

One of the absolute most beautiful properties we have ever rented down the Cape. The house is immaculate, beautifully decorated and extremely spacious! The location is perfect and less than 5 min to downtown Chatham and less than 10 to the beaches. We hope to stay here again and again. Thank you for a wonderful week!

Clean, convenient, comfortable

The house was very comfortable for our 3 small families. 3 good adult bedrooms with nice linens (we opted for the linen service), a great big kids room with its own TV & sitting area. An extra sitting room with doors off of the main living room. Easy running/biking distance to the rail trail. Easy driving to beaches.

We have stayed in different houses in Chatham for quite some years. We liked returning to the North Chatam location and found a few walkable neighborhoods nearby. We liked the layout of this house for a multi-family set up. Early riser kids could be kept separate from adults who wanted to sleep in. The property was on a busy road, but far enough back that I want worried about the kids. Beds were super comfy and the house had everything we needed. We did have a hard time with dog hair being all over the couches and even on the bedding. We will not be staying at animal friendly houses again. We also found a vape pen in the bathroom and were therefore a little disappointed in the cleaniness. In summary, great space and location, but we won't be renting there again unless there is a new cleaning staff/a no animal policy.

Perfect Vacation Home

We rented this property for 5 nights in late May. It was large (easily sleeps 12), spotless and decorated in an adorable beach theme. The beds were new and very comfortable. It’s central location on the Cape made it convenient for day visits to Nantucket and the whole Cape. Check-in and check-out was super smooth as the realtor is close by. The linens we ordered were waiting for us on the front porch and there were plenty. We cooked several dinners and the kitchen had everything. The home was so large that there was plenty of seating and nooks to get away from the group. It also had plenty of parking and a nice big yard. We even had several days of warm sun! I would definitely recommend this home.
