"Room 241 on the top floor with no lift service was an issue to climb 4 flights of stairs. On account of having recent treatment for an arthritic knee, made it painful to climb 4 flights of stairs. It would be useful to include the ‘no lift’ information on the hotel’s website. That said room was clean, staff friendly and good service great."

"Hotel staff members are nice. This hotel is for young people but not for middle age like me. It is noisy all night. We couldn't get reservations for restaurants we wanted to go because they were all booked. Basically we ate at buffet or went out for local restaurants. It was okay for weekend vacations but I wouldn't come back. "

"We had a really enjoyable stay at Hotel Riu Palace Jamaica overall. The pools were clean and well-maintained, and the staff truly stood out — everyone was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome throughout the trip. The food was excellent for the most part. Nearly everything we tried was delicious and well-prepared. The only exception was the lobster, which unfortunately was overcooked and rubbery both times we ordered it. The room was a bit dated and had a few minor issues, but nothing that significantly impacted our stay. Entertainment wasn’t their strongest area, but there was still enough to keep things enjoyable. All in all, it was a great vacation. The positives definitely outweighed the negatives, and we would absolutely come back."
