Please note: With all due respect, we rent to families and mature adult groups. This is NOT a "Party House." We like to communicate with our guests as part of the booking process. Thank you! The cozy home is set back from the road, with woodland views on every side. It is only 10 minutes from town but in a quiet, secluded woodland area. All amenities: HD cable, 47' HD Flat screen in the living room, individual flat screens in every bedroom (all Roku equipped), Broadband Wi-Fi. Large deck, charcoal grill (April through October), screened sun/play porch, large private yard with masonry fire / S'mores pit. The 6-person Jacuzzi is maintained meticulously for Year-Round use. It is a peaceful location just minutes from North Conway. 5 minutes from Cranmore Mountain Adventure Park, 10 minutes to Storyland & Outlet Shopping, and 15 minutes to Attitash. Bear Peak and Echo Lake State Park. It is the best of both worlds - minutes from town via back road access, avoiding traffic, but in a quiet, very private woodland setting. Note: There is a security camera on the driveway and garage as we are set back from the road and nicely secluded. Unfortunately, our online calendar tells the world when the house is vulnerable! Beautiful clean spacious house and convenient location! Stayed for the weekend with family to visit storyland and the outlets. Everything was a short drive away! Neill recommended the Moat Mountain restaurant and the food was fabulous! We were so appreciative of the welcome gift & easy check in process. We had a great stay and look forward to visiting again!

Fourth of July

We went up for the Fourth of July and a Storyland adventure with the kids. Neil was a great host! House was great and had everything we needed and more!! Loved the welcome package! Very nice touch!! We will definitely be back!

Fantastic stay minutes from Cranmore

Our stay at Neill's home was lovely! The house is very clean with many nice personal touches, and couldn't be in a better location for spending time around North Conway. His communication was spectacular and overall a delightful host. I would recommend for anyone coming to the area!

Wonderful home

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect & close to everything. The owners were very responsive and attentive if we needed them. We had two little kids with us and the playroom was a great thing to have for the snowy weekend! Will deff try to stay here again!

This property was in a perfect location- no more than 10 minutes to the outlets and Storyland. The beds have old style plastic waterproof mattress protectors that my adult children commented on - those could be updated. Overall it was great!

Amazing Stay

Wow, what an amazing place, it was perfect for our family and friends. The location was incredible, we were just 5 minutes from Cranmore mountain. The house was clean and well stocked. Our hosts thought of everything that we might have needed for our stay, including flip flops to wear to get to the hot tub. Communication was great, I will definitely stay here again in the future!

Ski Weekend

Neill was extremely responsive and accommodating. The place was very clean and the PERFECT location. The hot tub was a nice addition after a day in the mountain and probably the cleanest I have ever used. Will definitely be back !

Golfers’ Paradise

We had a fantastic stay here. It was a 4-guy golfers’ weekend and the house was a fun place to come home to every afternoon. We enjoyed the fire pit, jacuzzi, grill and island in the kitchen. Neill is an excellent host and we plan on returning next year!

Ski Trip Stay

This was a great place to stay for our ski trip to Cranmore mountain! The proximity to the mountain, the center of North Conway and Settlers Green was perfect for what we needed. The host was easy to work with and quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again!

Family vacation

The property was great. The location was convenient to the area attractions. We loved the backyard space to play yard games. It was overall very spacious for 9 people. The manger was very easy to communicate with. We would highly recommend the house.

Ski Retreat 2024

Had a total blast at the Osgood Haus! Perfect staging point for ski retreat. Amenities and house was well setup, and had everything we needed. Neil was super-responsive to some last minute needs, and even provided some guidance on the local venues. Would definitely consider the Osgood Haus for 2025.

Very pleasant stay!

Great location on the outskirts of N Conway! Went with the whole family (10) and we had plenty of room. The grandchildren liked the toys available to them. This place is very clean. Enjoyed hot tub especially after a day at Storyland! Neil was very kind and informative in making sure we had a good experience! My family wished it was our house lol! Thanks for making us feel welcome! Would definitely rent again.

Storyland family trip

We stayed here for our family vacation to Storyland. There were 6 adults, 2 toddlers, and 1 infant. Neill had plenty of toys and games for the kids to play with which made it easier on us because we didn’t have to pack so much! He also had plenty of other child accessories like a porta crib, a high chair, and even some children’s utensils. There was plenty of space for everyone to enjoy our long weekend and the hot tub was a great way to end the day!! Neill’s instructions were very detailed and gave us plenty of information on what was in the area and his favorite places to eat and shop!

Family Vacation in the White Mountains

We loved our stay at this house. It was very clean, lots of room, stocked very well, and in a great location. My family loved the hot tub and used it almost every evening. We had 7 people stay for the week and never felt crowded. There is a lot of room and 4 bedrooms so everyone had lots of privacy! It also has two full batheooms and a washer and dryer, which was very convenient. The kitchen was very well stocked with supplies and we enjoyed several meals in the dining room as a family! There was a nice big deck out back and a fire place. Neil was great to deal with and very fast at answering all my questions. They left a cute welcome basket with a delicious bottle of wine from a local winery right in North Conway, which we paid a visit too. I wouldnt hesitate to book this house again if we are headed to the North Conway area.
