North Conway Getaway! Stonehurst Village Condo - 2,500 Sq. Ft

  • This 5 bedroom rental features 2 gas fireplaces and 3.5 bathrooms. Snuggle up in plush living room furniture around a fire, or to watch a movie. The fully-equipped kitchen is ready to make a vacation feast!

    Located on the property of the historic Stonehurst Manor, close to the winding Saco River the beautiful surrounding area is filled with fun year round outdoor activities like canoeing, skiing, and hiking. If its shopping that you want, the Settlers Green Outlet Village is 2.7 miles away. For young families- Story Land is 3.2 miles away.

    We are not affiliated with the Stonehurst main resort and do not have privileges to their amenities however we do encourage you to use the a restaurant which is one of the finest in the valley.

    Grills are no longer allowed due to HOA rules. It has been removed as of March 2025.

    Amenities:

    -This property features a starter set of supplies for guests which includes toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, & hand soap. If you are staying for an extended amount of time, we recommended purchasing additional supplies!

    -The beds are fully made & ready for your arrival with freshly laundered linens.

    -Visiting like a local means being neighborly. Please be respectful of the owner's home and considerate of the neighbors at all times.

Fun in the White Mountains!

This is a lovely villa in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to so many opportunities. This was a quick getaway for the family and the location was perfect for nine of us to all relax together.

Capacious, & well-located (close to downtown North Conway, but also on north side of town so we could get to Echo Lake, Cathedral Ledge, & Diana’s Baths without going thru the worst traffic). Kids enjoyed the outdoor chess game near our VRBO.

Family and Friends ski trip

Great house for 5 adults and 5 kids. Comfortable beds and couches. Excellent location close to everything. The adults went to the restaurant for drinks both nights which is walkable (right next door) and had a really nice atmosphere. The owners were very responsive. I highly recommend this property.

This property is great. It is a large 5 bed 3.5 bath in the Stonehurst Manor neighborhood that was perfect for our two families. It had everything we needed and was very clean. I highly recommend this unit!

Great condo, great location

Condo is as perfect for our group of 10 (6 adults , 4 kids ) plenty of room to spread out. Great big sectional couch. Location was great. Close to everything in North Conway. We skied at black mountain. Only 15 min away.

We had 10 people staying with the size of the property and never felt like we had 10 people there. The kids could do what they wanted to do, and the adults got to relax we got some skiing and got some shopping in. I just had a great time.

Ski get away

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious condo. We were a group of 6 kids and 6 adults and we all had our own space to spread out. Plenty of comfortable seating areas to relax after a long day of skiing. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook family meals easily. Would definitely stay again!

Fabulous for our Friendsgiving weekend!

The property was perfect for our large group. Plenty of room to all sit and socialize, as well as head off to our respective rooms for sleeping! 4 bathrooms was great for a group of 9! Close to shopping and sights. Kitchen offered everything we needed except there was only a keurig, not a full coffee pot (luckily we had brought one just in case). Property manager kept in great contact before the stay and also checked in before we left. We will likely have this an annual destination!

A great property and a great stay

We stayed for three days and got 2' of snow! At the end of March! It was perfect because we were catching the end of the ski season and did we ever! Being snowed in on Saturday was unexpected but nice. The kitchen is fully equipped and we spent the day cooking, eating and playing games. Plenty of room for 2 families and 6 kids to hunker down and have fun. Huge screen TV in the loft, must be 75 - 80"! The TV in the main room is very large as well. The condo is spacious and cozy. There is the biggest tub I have ever seen in the master bedroom en suite. I think you could fit 4 people in there! The North Conway area has so many things to do in any season for kids and adults. I used to own a home in Bartlett for years, sold it right before covid to wait for the market to cool and buy a bigger one (bad timing). Now I get to stay at other peoples nice second homes until I find another. I would recommend this property and that area to anyone who is looking for a very nice place to stay in an area where there is not shortage of things to do.

Lovely space accurately represented in photos and description. Plenty of gathering areas, bedrooms, and bathrooms. We love the location; close to North Conway activities, but far enough off the main road to feel like we were in the woods. The condo is on the property of Stonehurst Manor so we walked up to the Manor & had dinner - we highly recommend this restaurant… added bonus that we could safely walk to/from the Manor! We’ll definitely be back!
