With AC throughout and split level bedrooms there is space on every level of this well-appointed home for all ages to enjoy. This is a professionally managed vacation rental. It is our utmost aim to provide you with the best experience from start to finish and even beyond your stay with us. Please don`t hesitate to reach out to us if you have any questions during your stay or if there is anything we can do to make your vacation more comfortable or enjoyable.

Situated in a tree-lined community of houses - on its won private road with only one other unit next door that can also be booked for larger groups.

Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 8 am.
Parking for 2 cars only.

Any cancelations within 14 days of arrival are subject to a 3% fee. No refunds within 7 days of arrival.
Card will be charged 14 days ahead of arrival for the remaining balance.

We provide one bath towel per person and two hand towels per bathroom. Washcloths are not provided.
Cell service can be spotty in the area. We recommend taking a screenshot of the Wi-Fi info before arrival in case of connectivity issues.
An additional fee will apply if pet waste or cigarette butts are found in the yard.

Cooling: One mini-split unit on each floor.

The top bunk is for children only.

Very nice!

It was everything that we needed. Definitely would book again! Very clean and well equipped. Heat pumps for the air conditioning was a plus!!

Would never stay again

Arrived at 5pm check in (latest known check in ever) and the code given did not work. Had asked for a 3pm check in and was declined. Mosquitoes carried us away as we waited for check in correction. Was given “emergency check in” code and used that during stay. Smelled something as we sat on couch and saw huge hairball and other yuck on floor next to couch. Messaged property manager who said they must have forgotten to vacuum there. Couches smelled like gym locker rooms. Pillows on beds smelled disgusting! Tried to find another rental but would not allow us to book until following day. Property manager said she would consult owner about partial refund. Secured another rental for following 2 days. That evening, adjoining unit had guests arrive. At 10pm, dogs were barking and running up and down driveway. Units had been advertised as no pets and respected quiet hours. My husband had to go out and say something to them. The noise did not stop. Messaged Abbey, property manager, in the am, describing everything. Took our money and never responded. DO NOT STAY
