Also, our room was a bunk bed room, which I didn’t expect at all— it felt very summer campy. Furthermore, we were in the basement with two outside walls, so it was very loud. We were awaken on Monday morning at 8:00am exactly to a pressure washer right outside my window. Definitely didn’t feel luxurious. Staff and service was great though. The walls were paper thin and i had a noise complaint for a normal phone conversation and i could hear the people in the room next to me as well. Their alarms, them walking around and even when they opened or closed the blinds. The security was rude, the head of the cleaning staff was banging on my door as though i need a reminder that i was checking out 30 min to checkout. VERY RUDE! "The bed was comfortable and the room was nice. We had dinner at the bar and the bar tender could barely communicate with us and it took 45 minutes to get the check after asking for it. The lobby/bar is very hot."
