"I had messed up on my reservation, and Jovan and Jason went out of their way, way out of their way to accommodate my mistake, I had meant to reserve for 3 nights and only reserved 2 nights. I had to reserve a room for the first night wasn't able to combine the rooms because I had gone thru expedia, Jovan made the switching of the 2 room the next day a breeze didn't have to check out at 11 and wait for my room at 4. i was moved and settled into new room before 11. The rooms were very clean, beds and pillows great! I will go there again on my next trip to Alb. Thank you for making my trip so pleasurable safe and secure."

"Nice setup, in good condition, and clean. It sleeps 8, but the common areas and bathrooms get a little crowded. Linens and towels provided. There were pots, pans, coffee maker, dishes, and silver wear, but it was a little limited for 8 people. No matter, it was great to have a place our family could stay together! The location is great for the balloon fiesta--we could see the mass ascension from the windows and it was a short drive to the grounds."

"The property was very good for our Balloon Festa stay. The beds and bathrooms were top notch. The price to value was excellent.The kitchen is equipped with plenty of pots, pans and utensils. The outdoor grill was also in excellent condition and was perfect for grilling out. The sitting area with TV was also great for watching the baseball playoffs and college football games. "
