"The cottage was absolutely lovely. Very clean, comfortable and relaxing. It was a bit too cool for the pool, but we did enjoy sitting around a lovely fire at night with a glass of wine! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed ourselves immensely and will be going back!"

"We had a really good experience. James, the manager, was very accommodating, friendly, and personable. He gave us a tour of the hotel as soon as we arrived, with some hints about what to do in the area. The entire hotel is very clean, including the rooms with cool decor. There are lobbies or lounge areas on each floor to sit, talk, and play the provided games. We definitely recommend this place and would stay there again ourselves. Very convenient location also, walking distance to everything. There is free parking behind the hotel."

"This is a beautiful place in a great town. Greenport has much to recommend it. Excellent restaurants, interesting shopping, and congenial places to hang around, have a drink, a pastry or coffee. The seafood, from shellfish to the top of the maritime food chain is fresh and abundant, and generally reasonably priced. The hotel provides a generous and varied continental breakfast buffet for its guests, and the staff is serious about hospitality with a smile. We very frankly now think of of the Harbor Front Inn as "our place in Greenport." "

"We were there during low season and the hotel had few guests. The hot tub needed regular upkeep as the water was cloudy, so we didn't use it. The rest of the place was very nice and during the high season it's probably a great place to stay."

"Great accommodation for our family of 4. Extended family rented next door. We were in town for a wedding and house was close to everything. Check in and communication were excellent. House was very clean and we enjoyed our stay. Was nice to be able to walk into town for meals and shopping. Would definitely recommend. Thank you!"

"Parking was great, plenty of parking and close to entrance. Staff were friendly. BUT!!! Our room was DIRTY !!!! There was mold around the tub, and pubic hair on the bathroom floor and shower floor, the garbage can in the bathroom had previous persons garbage in it, dresser had items of previous persons in it, couch pillows and bedroom curtains had food/questionable stains on them, ceilings had dust build up in multiple areas, bedroom door didn’t close at all because the hinge was broken!!! Very disappointed in the lack of cleanliness of the property. Would not stay here again. "
