  • Quiet Golf course neighborhood in Florida's Lochmoor Estates area. Oversized property with 2 Living rooms and 2 Lanai spaces providing plenty of room for your family entertainment. Relax in our newly resurfaced pool and BBQ while watching the sun set on the Green Golf Course lined with Palm tree's, flowers and fruit trees. Private home with large parking area for 4 cars for your guests to arrive. Minutes to downtown and Fort Myers Beach , Captiva and Sanibel. Great local restaurants , Outdoor seating on lanai, dine alfresco or sunbath on the loungers.
    All new floors, bathrooms and kitchen so be the first to experience this home full of great entertaining spaces. Sleeps 6 but can add up to 8 with both living rooms accommodating blow up mattresses . The Yard is sunny all day and sun sets along the back. The Lanai spaces provide great shade for reading, relaxing and children at play! This location is 3 minutes to downtown Fort Myers Restaurant and entertainment district. Uber accessible to cape coral downtown too. Great location
