"This hotel had gorgeous landscaping and was pleasantly quiet. The king size suite with jetted tub was huge. I was unfortunately not able to use the tub because there were ants crawling around it, but the rest of the suite was clean, roomy, and comfortable, with a separate living area, two king beds, a fireplace, and a private outdoor area. I would probably stay here again."

"No breakfast, very very thin walls. You can get noise complaints for just watching tv at night. If you have nosey people next door to you they will hear everything you do or say. We had someone banging on our door at 9pm and when we called the front desk they did nothing. "

"Location is easy to find from the freeway exit. About 10 min from Fisherman's Wharf, Cannery Row and The Aquarium. Easy check-in and helpful staff. There's a heated pool, laundry and indoor area for eating and lounging. We stayed in a king size room. The bed was soft to medium firmness and clean linens. Includes a microwave, mini fridge and a Keurig coffee machine. The wifi is good. The shower/tub water pressure in decent. The wash basin seemed positioned lower than usual like I was in Kindergarten. And the blow dryer didn't work. Unfortunately the window shutters didn't close completely so there was some sunlight in the morning. The laminate flooring had some wear and definitely needs replacing. I paid $225+tax for a Friday stay (04/17/26) and I felt this was overpriced."

"Basic motel with only the necessities. But the price is appropriate and the staff is very nice. Room was clean and comfortable. "

"We stay here at least twice a year. Staff is helpful, friendly. Rooms are clean. Appreciate the refillable water bottles."

"Very misleading experience. Google photos of the place show a breakfast and hot tub. They have neither! They also charge for parking, which was hidden or in fine print. Right under an airport flight path too. Cute outside with flowers and decor. Stained towels and scratched up floors on the inside. I made multiple attempts to talk to customer service and was assured by the front desk staff that a manager would contact me, but of course neither happened."

"Mediocre place for the price. Internet was not working on any of my three machines and owner kept insisting hers was working fine, which i told her did not solve my problem. Cellphone service is poor there so i couldnt just hotspot my way around this. I had to leave to go do my work elsewhere. Avoid this place - there are numerous motels all up and down the same street."
