"The hotel facilities were clean and well maintained. The room was serviced almost every day, but housekeeping seemed to do only the basics, such as making the bed. I did not notice that supplies or amenities were consistently replenished when they ran low. As for the casino, I heard many guests commenting that the slot machines rarely paid out. While I understand that gambling is based on luck, the overall perception among many people I spoke with was that the machines were not very rewarding. Overall, the property was clean, but there is room for improvement in housekeeping attention to detail and in the overall casino experience."

"My wife and I spent 3 days there last weekend for our babymoon. We loved the property. The staff were helpful and courteous. The food and drinks at the pool were amazing. We did a couples massage at the spa that was great. We also loved the walkability of the area. We wandered around and visited nearby shops, food, and a farmers market. All in all would definitely recommend and would love to stay again in the future!"

"I was put into a room with a broken bead bolt and screws falling out on the outside of the locking mechanism. You could easily kick the door in. There were lots of transients running around and even seen a couple of prostitutes. I absolutely did not feel safe so I asked the night auditor if she could move my room which she did. The room was in better condition. I still didn’t feel safe using the elevator alone. The pool did get cleaned and was nice to use. I did not have any maid service the entire 5 days I was there. I always stay with Motel 6 but this was by far the worst one ever"
