"Stayed on 5th floor. King room. The door latch caught going in or out and made a terrible racket. All the doors seemed to slam loudly. The bed was extremely hard. The room wouldn’t cool down from 75 degrees. The tub didn’t drain well. It sounded like something was being dropped overhead, a loud thump, even though it's the top floor, many times in the night. The cleaning crew was very loud in the morning. Worst night in a hotel in a very long time. Traffic was horrible bc of road construction. The traffic flow through the light only allowed 1 or 2 cars to turn left at a time and no one wanted to let anyone out of the hotel parking lot. So plan on extra time if you stay there. "

"cable was incredible, they have every channel there is. Puppy friendly, good location, room clean and in good condition. Property is older and shows its wear. Butcher Block next store has great early bird special, go if its your birthday for a massive free drink. "

"​I came to town to visit my brother, but this stay was a nightmare. The lack of basic cleanliness is appalling. The carpet was filthy, and there was hair in the bed, which is completely unacceptable. It looks as if the room hasn't had a deep clean in months, with dirt accumulated in the corners and a heavily stained bathtub. ​To make matters worse, the amenities are broken. The remote didn't work, and there was no cable TV as advertised. Staying here was a massive mistake. Save yourself the trouble and find a place that actually values hygiene and guest experience."

"The door to our room had been broken. We had to swipe our key literally 50 times every time to get in. Staff was rude when a new key was requested due to the key issue. There were balls of hair on the floor in the pool room and all through the pool. The hot tub was not marked broken but the water temp was at 65 degrees. Coffee in the lobby was cold. The arcade games would take the credits but not work with no resolution from staff as the machines are from a "third party". It's really such a shame as my family and I have been going here for years on spring break. We will have to try somewhere new next year unfortunately. "

"The motel was functional and clean. Badly in need of updating and decorating. I upgraded to a deluxe room to have a better sitting area for the evening when we got back. Unfortunately Netflix and Chromecast were not working and there wasn't much choice of shows on network TV. No movie channels offered. So the upgraded seating was not needed. Breakfast was the very basic continental offered at most of these "free breakfast" motels."
