"When I wasn’t able to sleep at 2:00am I went outside to smoke a cigarette and when re entering I had to be “buzzed”in by the front desk and I told the attendant I appreciated the security that they had in place, I was shocked that her reply was”maybe you should just go back to the party you came from” . I had not been partying or even drinking I simply couldn’t sleep, so to say the least I don’t reply to her and went back up to my room.. VERY RUDE AND UNCALLED FOR.. Not Professional at al"

"Great stay. Only issue was the excessive $50 per day fee for my dog. That is about twice as much or more than Marriott or Hyatt. Probably will prohibit me from staying again. "

"The staff were professional and friendly. The hotel and room were clean. I appreciated the key card to your floor only in the elevator. The breakfast was great delicious options and presented well. The only negative was two are three chairs stained in the dining area, besides that this place is gem and I will return! Everyone was friendly and accommodating!"
