    This renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo located on Ocean Blvd in Cherry Grove Beach offers direct ocean views and a beach access across the street. It comfortably sleeps 6 people. This unit has a complete kitchen with all cookware/dish ware. Free parking. Access to swimming pool, outdoor picnic area, and grill. Beach chairs, wagon, and cooler also included. No pets. No smoking. HOA guidelines require 25+ to rent.

    Bedroom 2: 1 King & 2 Twins



    The Space:

    Centrally located on Ocean Blvd in Cherry Grove Beach. This spacious unit comfortably sleeps 6 guests with 2 kings. And 2 twins With a beach access just steps away, a large community pool, and beach accessories included, this condo is the perfect place for your next getaway. Condo located on the second floor( no elevator in building)



    Guest Access:

    Guests will have access to the entire condo.



    Other Things to Note:

    No pets allowed. No smoking or vaping. No motorcycles. No renting to students.



    Interaction with Guests:

    I will meet each guest at the property when you arrive for check-in. I will give you the door code, show you around the property, and answer any questions you may have.



    We like to meet each guest to walk through the property to be sure that you are fully satisfied with the property. If there are any issues, we want to solve them on day 1 so you can enjoy a great vacation.



    Guests will also have a direct line to personal and speedy service throughout the week.
