    When arriving at the home, you will have space for 2 vehicles that fit nicely under the home, and room for another vehicle turned sideways behind them. Newly fenced in yard for the furry family members to enjoy, also downstairs is our brand new GAMEROOM area!

    Each bedroom provides comfort and privacy, complete with Smart TVs and coastal-inspired decor. Each bed will be freshly made prior to your arrival, towels and wash cloths are provided as well. Our home is made for families or groups looking to have room to relax and space to sneak away for the quieter moments as well.

    To ensure your first night with us is comfortable, we've provided a starter kit of essential supplies. This is just a little something to help you settle in. Please note, this kit is intended to cover your immediate needs upon arrival. For the duration of your stay, you may want to bring or purchase any additional items you require.

    The property features smart TVs with access to streaming apps like Netflix, YouTube, and more. Please note that guests need to use their own accounts for these services. We do not provide cable TV – streaming options only. Enjoy your entertainment experience!

    PET-FRIENDLY
    Bring your furry friends along for the exciting vacation! We happily accept pets of all shapes and sizes with the payment of our non-refundable pet fee of $150. This covers up to 2 pets for the duration of the stay. Each additional pet is subject to approval and will cost $100 per pet. To ensure cleanliness and avoid additional cleaning fees, we kindly request that owners promptly pick up their pets' waste and refrain from allowing pets on beds and furniture.

    NO PARTIES/EVENTS
    We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Any guests found to be hosting an event or party will be subject to immediate eviction without the possibility of reimbursement.

    NO SMOKING INSIDE
    Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any evidence of smoking will result in a $500 fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning.

    SMART TV INFO
    All our properties are equipped with state-of-the-art smart TVs. Please note that we do not offer standard cable channels. However, guests can make the most of various streaming options available on these smart TVs. Ensure you have your streaming service credentials on hand if you wish to access specific platforms.

    PROPERTY MAINTENANCE
    We pride ourselves on ensuring your stay is as comfortable as possible. We have a dedicated maintenance staff on-call for most hours of the day. Should you notify us of any concerns or issues after 5PM, there might be a delay in addressing it until the next day. However, please rest assured, we will do everything within our power to rectify the situation promptly.

The house was great! Clean and inviting. Fully stocked kitchen and supplies. There was plenty of room for my family. Extremely pet friendly! There is a side area fenced in for the dogs, a dog bed, and they even left some treats which our babies said were very good! I accidentally took the dog bed home thinking it was my daughter’s dogs, once I realized it was not ours I messaged them and they were very understanding. I ordered a replacement on Amazon but they said I could’ve mailed it back. The only reason for a 4 star is the elevator had issues and we needed the elevator repair man out twice. The elevator and pet friendliness is why we chose this house. My 81 year old mother is handicapped and can’t do any stairs so we had to wait for it to get fixed before she could enter/exit. They finally got a work around to get to the top floor to their bedroom. Communication with the rental property was prompt and very polite. I would stay there again.

Great Place to stay

The house was great and met all of our needs. The elevator is not operational unless your a handicap. I had a couple questions that I did reach out about that they never responded to. We only had 1 trash bag provided and the laundry detergent bottle was empty. TP quality wasn't the best but I understand trying to save money. I ran to the store which is 8 mins away and was able to get everything we needed for around 20. Overall, the house and location is really nice with comfortable beds. I would recommend staying here for sure and will plan to come back here!

This home was amazing! From its layout to its location. My favorite part was how pet friendly they were. For my girlfriend and I plus our 3 doodles (5total), this house couldn’t be beat. Minutes from everything including the soccer tourney we were in town for. The staff were very friendly as well whenever we called or messaged. Oh man, and the fenced in side yard, so clutch. Hats off to them. 5/5 stars

This is a wonderful place for family vacation which is very close to beach and fully loaded to host a holiday feast. It’s roomy, clean and well appointed, plus perfect for the pups. The game room was a huge hit, especially for the late teenagers in the group.

Great location! 1 block from the beach, a general store, golf cart rentals & grocery was 1/2 mile away. Quiet, beautiful neighborhood & only 20min drive to Main Drag of Myrtle Beach.Our family of 5 (including 2 teenagers and 1 dog) had the BEST time. And if you know anything about teenagers, the fact that they said they had a great time....means A LOT :)

A few things, including view, are out of control of the host due to surroundings. Looking at a high rise parking garage lit 24/7 was not the best. Great location to get to beach, touristy activities, and dining. Kitchen was not well equipped for a long term stay, but for a week, and if you eat out often, it works. Towels and bedding were your basic motel quality, so if you need to wrap after bathing or want soft sheets, bring your own. Biggest negative were the stairs- 19 to get to main floor and another 17 to get to the upstairs bedrooms. The elevator was not working, host was notified, but it was never repaired. On a daily basis the stairs were doable, but checking in and out with lots of luggage, dog supplies, toiletries, etc... the stairs were difficult. Hopefully that is repaired for next guests. Communication was speedy, but would've like follow up regarding the elevator issue.

VERY DISAPPOINTING! An expensive camera was left behind, we saw the cleaning crew waiting to enter as we left but the property manager said it was not reported and could not recover it. There was a strong smell of dog urine throughout the house (we bought air fresheners that still didn't work). Linens were cheap and stained. A roach was found in the downstairs shower shower. The service elevator did not work or instructions were not provided to activate. Paper products were cheap and limited.
