512 Egret Run - Barefoot Resort Rentals

No motorcycles, buses, RVs, commercial vehicles, boats, jet skis, canoes, kayaks, golf carts, or trailers are allowed on Barefoot Resort properties. Parking on the grass is prohibited at all times. Violators will be subject to a fine.

No gas or charcoal grills permitted. Non-Smoking Units. No pets allowed. Minimum Age Requirement: 25 years or older.

This incredible 3 bedroom townhome has it all, with two levels, bedrooms up and downstairs, an outdoor patio and just steps from the beautiful community pool at Egret Run in Barefoot Resort. Downstairs is the stunning master suite, impeccably decorated with upscale furnishings and posh bedding. The suite has a king size bed, dresser, nightstand, ceiling fan and TV. Adjoining the master suite is a spacious private bath suite with an oversized walk in shower, vanity and a large walk in closet.

Also downstairs is the magnificent great room, dining area, and gourmet kitchen with a breakfast bar. A full formal dining room completes the home and its ambiance. The space is open for conversation, yet separated enough for different activities! A big screen TV with DVD player completes the main entertainment area in the outstanding great room. A half bath off the living area conveniently serves you or friends dropping over. The gourmet kitchen is very well stocked with dishes, small appliances and plenty of cookware.

The full size laundry room is conveniently located off the kitchen area. One car can park in the driveway with other parking spaces nearby.

Upstairs are two more bedrooms that are spacious and enhanced with beautiful décor. One is outfitted with a queen bed and two twin beds, chest and TV. Another bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan and another TV. There is a third full bath upstairs serving the queen and twin bedrooms.

Relax and enjoy the tranquil nature sounds from the porch off the great room.
