Waaaay too "Long in the Tooth"

Great to look at the water from your balcony but that is THE only part of this condo that is positive. Bad beds, linens & towels. (We had to make our own beds). Closets so full of random stuff like Old VCR'S, & distressed bed linens we had to empty to hang our clothing. Door to washer & dryer unit off its track with no way to repair. Called Elliott Management & never got thru. NO amenities provided that you would expect like a single bar of soap or pod dish detergent. The hallways were filthy which I know isn't the condos fault but didn't help the situation at all. In fairness the condo was slightly cleaner but we found a note from someone indicating we should keep our bathroom lights on to keep the cockroaches away.....REALLY? My husband & I are VRBO owners in AZ & are disappointed in Owners who show so little effort. Makes us all look bad..
