Great VIP suite but no access to streaming services via my own account. Bar and cafe were poor and the food choices minimal and taste awful. Bar closes at 9pm which is ridiculous. Timeshare presentation was a hard sell and not a great experience. Otherwise our stay was comfortable and excellent bed etc

I did like the convenience of being close to shopping and eating places. I did not like the confusion upon arrival of the parking deck and trying to find the check in desk with the parking deck. It was a nightmare!

The rooms are showing a bit of wear in places BUT they were clean and well-furnished. The kitchen was the best equipped unit we’ve ever stayed in. The staff were always available, helpful, and friendly. The pools are amazing. Getting from the garage across the street was confusing and risky crossing ocean blvd. Frequently, vehicles do not observe the crosswalks.

Room was perfect for my family. Amenities were great however all pools were not heated to same temp it was cold while there and only out door lazy River seemed warm enough to get in and enjoy. All in all I would stay here again no hesitation.

We came here after leaving a different hotel that was disgusting. The Club Wyndham on Ocean greeted us and immediately welcomed us. Their clean rooms and kitchen made it easy to feel at home. The pools and lazy river kept our kids entertained. The views of the ocean were perfect.

I've stayed in Myrtle Beach multiple times for business, religious and personal reasons but never at Club Wyndham. I stayed for my much needed vacation and it was amazing. The 2 bedroom suite with Jacuzzi tub, full kitchen and dining room was AMAZING!! I stayed for 5 nights and the rate was very very reasonable for this oceanview room. I will most definitely be returning to this location.

Beautiful room, marketing department were a little aggressive. Washer had to be switched out during are stay. Fridge was loud and didn't work real well . View was great. Pools and hot tubs were clean and well maintained.

I love the peacefulness of the property. The only two problems I had were they didn't let me know there would be a $250 hold on my card, and they would not release it for 5-7 business days. Also, some of the electronics needed an upgrade, especially the TVs. There is a standard TV with local cable, and my wife was on a tiny relaxation getaway. We were going to order takeout and watch Christmas Movies all weekend, LOL!!! But the TV was not up today to add Netflix, Hulu, etc…..or Screen Share. I know it's a simple complaint, but more of a suggestion.
