"Very good food"
Clontarf Castle Hotel
"Lovely hotel with very helpful staff. Good location in a lovely setting."
The Dean Dublin Docklands- Formerly The Mayson
"The staff were all amazing. The onsite restaurant was excellent. If you are an early sleeper this is likely not the best choice. For the night owls the pub downstairs is always lively. The gym is well equipped for those who don’t want to miss a workout on vacation. The sauna, and steam room are perfect for recovery after a workout or detox after a night out. Pool is small but it’s heated, which is perfect if you just want to relax."

"Property had a fun vibe and loved the downstairs cafe. However we booked the 4 room dorm with private bathroom for 4 people and surprised it did not come with towels. Bed came with sheets and blanket but no towels. We had to rent towels £20. I also booked a double room with private bathroom and this included towels. I was told at the establishment when we checked in that all dorms are this way with towels not provided. If that’s the case then Expedia should mention this for the room when you book it. I went back and checked Expedia for the room and our confirmation and no where did it say towels not included. And talking to other families that booked a dorm room like us, they also had not known they would be charged for towels. Not sure who is at fault, Expedia or the establishment. Either way should be clear when you book this type of room that towels are extra. Hoping someone sees this and updates the information."
Temple Bar Hotel Dublin by The Unlimited Collection
"I really enjoyed my stay. The location was very convenient and my room was really nice overall. My only issues really were the bathroom. There was some mold or dark warped spots on the front of the tub portion of the shower. I assume it’s because the water leaks out of the shower, no matter how hard you try to prevent it. Additionally, the water temperature was very inconsistent, sometimes dropping pretty cold or spiking to extremely hot temperatures that make you move out of the water itself until it goes back to normal. Aside from the shower, the property was great. A little noisy at night, as expected, but I was only on the second floor so higher rooms might be a little less noisy. The staff was really kind and helpful too. I would stay here again."
