"Great location near the river, easy to find after being dropped off by the Dublin Express from the airport, walking distance of the centre both north and south of the river but relatively quiet spot near the port. Very friendly and helpful staff, quiet and well appointed rooms and very accommodating bar and restaurant staff. Front desk manned 24/7. Would happily stay there again."

"The room was spacious and clean, the only issue was pillows were way to soft and it was like lying just on the mattress. Breakfast was chaotic with no space or organisation. Tea should be served at the table as people getting coffee clog up the entire line for others. The bacon for the Irish breakfast was of very poor quality and fatty, not what you would expect in an Irish breakfast. The bar was nice but again closing at 11:45 and then moving people into the foyer is ridiculous. The positives , the staff are all very helpful and nice throughout and location of the hotel is ideal for walking to town."
