The bed spread was dirty. The parking garage doesn’t take credit card and also wasn’t working to take our ticket. We were in a hurry to the airport and this caused a delay.

This was a fabulous hotel. From the moment we walked in we were greeted like royalty. The staff are the absolute best in courtesy and helpfulness. The room was perfectly appointed. Definately would make a repeat visit.

We stayed at this property twice. On our first visit, we received a beautiful, quiet room that exceeded our expectations. Our second time, we reserved through Expedia and received a handicap accessible room situated directly adjacent to the elevator. We heard noise all night long through the wall. Within the first few hours of our visit, the hotel desk clerk called our room twice and then came up into our room to remove a wire that was causing a signal being sent to the front desk. To say the least, this was disruptive. Be careful to reserve through the hotel directly and to be sure you are not assigned a accessibility room you do not require.
