Amazing hotel but basic for the price we paid. The one complaint we have is we tried serveral times at night & in the morning to order room service. There was no menu available in the room we had & when we tried to ring, there was no answer or the phone would ring & ring & then stop. We tried to ring reception to ask about room service & that did the same thing, so we had nothing to eat the first night we got there, & the hotel advertised 24hr room service. So we wouldn’t go back unfortunately.

First time staying at Hard Rock in Dublin and we had a great time. Staff are so friendly and helpful - some great recommendations on where to visit / eat and drink. Room was fab - little touches we didnt expect. We will definitely be back. Great base to explore Dublin!!

Very clean and comfortable. Staff was great. The rooms are gorgeous with hi tech touchpads for the lights and night table charging stations. It’s very close to the Temple Bar so walkable to everything
