Cozy Cottage by the Sea

Marsh Haven has been our southern home for over 16 years ...we have loved it's proximity to the Heritage Shores Nature Preserve , Cherry Grove Boat Ramp & the Cherry Grove point & Fishing Pier. This 1st floor condo has two entrances with front and back covered porches. It is an end unit with lots of natural light! The washer and dryer are located in the kitchen. The rear porch offers some spectacular views of the marsh with access to our private dock on a water canal. The master bedroom with private bath has sliding doors to the rear carpeted covered porch. The second bedroom has it’s own bath with a tub. This relaxing retreat is tucked away at Cherry Grove’s Point, only 100 steps to the BEACH!
