Wow. Simply stunning! This direct oceanfront, newly renovated, 3 Br condo in Mar Vista Grande has everything. It's on the 10th floor with elevator access. The bathrooms and kitchen have been totally renovated. The private balcony is accessible from the Living Room and Main Bedroom. This unit is high, on the 10th floor with amazing ocean and beach views. The unit has many upscale features including granite counter tops in the kitchen and baths, full kitchen, flat screen TVs, and crown molding. The entire condo has been upgraded with LVP flooring.

Go ahead, indulge yourself by relaxing on balcony chairs overlooking the gorgeous dunes and vast Atlantic Ocean. The view is breathtaking, and the sound of the ocean waves is serene and relaxing with amazing sunrises. This is a great vacation resort for an active family.

Great condo!

This unit is one of the nicest ones we have stayed in at Mar Vista. The unit was very clean and well taken care. We had everything we needed to have a great stay. We will definitely try to stay here again!

Great accommodations!

My grandchildren loved the condo! They had space and especially loved the balcony! Everything was as described, no issues at all. Would recommend for families looking to have a fun relaxing vacation.

Beautifully updated oceanfront

We have been staying at the Mar Vista Grande every spring break for the last 9 or so years. This unit was beautifully updated, clean and fresh. Our large family of 6 appreciated the larger capacity washer and dryer and dining table that fit 6 as we like to have dinner together as a family. The beds were comfortable and we always enjoy the oceanfront views. Check-in and check-out were seamless and the available locker that was equipped with beach gear came in handy as well. We will definitely be looking to stay at this unit again in the future.

Beautiful Condo, Great Location

The condo was beautiful with an amazing view. Great location away from the “commercial” areas. The only negatives were the sheets were a little scratchy and the balcony chairs need seat cushions. Other than that, all was great.

Amazing Experience!

We had an amazing time staying in this unit within a wonderful resort! The condo was super clean and fully renovated. We loved our view from the balcony and how spacious the condo was. We would definitely return! The resort was perfect. Not too crowded and perfectly located! Overall, this was the best vacation we had at myrtle beach and would fully recommend!

Wonderful!!!

This condo is amazing! It is extremely clean, beautifully decorated, in a great location and has everything you need. The view is amazing from the huge balcony. The pools were all clean and the building is very well taken care of. We enjoyed walking to get ice cream at Melts!! Thank you for allowing us to use your beautiful condo. We’ll definitely be back!!

Vacation fun

Very nice property and well maintained. Would love access to the storage locker for additional beach toys, chairs, etc. as well as allowing us to store our chairs and toys for the week as well. Other than this it was a great property! Thank you so much for a great vacation!

September Beach

The Mar Vista Grande is an excellent choice for a N. Myrtle beach vacation. Although most units in the building are well maintained, unit 1008 stands out. The owners, obviously, take a great deal of pride in their unit, which has new appliances and updated bathrooms. Communication from the owners was outstanding and check in and check out were simple. The owners clearly understand what a relaxing beach vacation is supposed to be. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking to stay in N. Myrtle Beach.

Loved it!

My mom, sister and I like to take a girls’ trip every year and this year we chose a location with a lot of memories for us, North Myrtle Beach. The Mar Vista condo was clean, tastefully decorated, and spacious. We loved the balcony and the oceanfront view to watch the sunrise. The building itself was very well maintained and always smelled clean. Being able to unload right at the front door was also very helpful. The owners always responded quickly and all instructions were clear and helpful. We would definitely choose this condo again for a future trip.

Very Nice Unit

This condo is very nice. It was nice to have things like toilet paper, paper towels, soap, hand soap, coffee creamer, etc. in the unit, as often we have to buy those things and it goes to waste after using a few days. The showers looked amazing in all three bathrooms, however, they were set to not get very hot, so that was a bit disappointing. The wifi worked well. There was a big glob of hair in the kitchen floor when we walked in, so not sure how thorough the clean was. Great oceanfront view, and nice furniture on the balcony to enjoy.

Excellent Stay!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at an oceanfront condo and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. From the moment I arrived, the stunning views of the ocean took my breath away. The condo was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities I could ask for. The location was perfect. I loved waking up to the sound of the waves crashing against the shore and watching the sunrise from my balcony. The condo itself was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed to cook meals, and the living room was cozy and comfortable. The bedrooms were also very comfortable, and we loved all of the extra soft throws provided. Overall, my stay at the oceanfront condo was truly exceptional. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious beach getaway. I can't wait to return!

One of the Best in Myrtle Beach!

From booking to check out, the entire experience has been beyond every expectations. The hosts are communicable and accommodating. A few days into the stay, the condo changed the security code to get into the garage/building and Navin was apologetic and quick to get us the updated code (within minutes of texting him). We didn’t need anything from the hosts beyond this, but we felt they were always available if we did. The unit is BEAUTIFUL and supremely clean, updated, and spacious! It has everything you need and more (washer and dryer, large balcony, and it even had things like cleaning products and salt and pepper :) ). Our two families slept comfortably and still felt like we had the privacy we needed with its 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It is in a perfect location (close to many restaurants, shops, attractions) and the pools/amenities are top notch- regularly cleaned and many pool options that you could avoid it being too crowded (indoor and outdoor pool, indoor and outdoor hot tub, lazy river, child splash area). We loved the convenient poolside tiki hut bar which served drinks and some food options. We’ve been vacationing in Myrtle Beach for years now and this has been our best experience by far. 110% recommend! I can’t think of a single thing I would change about this unit. We look forward to booking again next year!

Great family vacation place! The unit was spacious enough that we could all be together, but enough private space too. It was clean and well stocked. Loved the property - Ocean Front Views

The property was great! Had everything we needed, including a crock pot! The showers were awesome and I loved the huge soaking tub. The view was amazing. The only improvement I would say is the patio furniture was not very comfortable. Other than that it was a great location.
