FAMILY TIDES is a beautiful oceanfront 2nd floor, 2 bedroom/2 bathroom newly renovated condo at Inlet Point Villas in Cherry Grove, SC. It's the perfect spot for a family vacation or romantic getaway in a private, gated community. This condo is uniquely located on the Point, offering incredible panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, Hog Inlet, and uninhabited Waites Island, where you can swim, fish, or kayak for exploration. You are neatly tucked away from crowds.

Our unit features full appliances, a washer/dryer, three flat-screen TVs, free on-site parking in a gated community for two vehicles, a pool, tennis courts, a grilling area, and a private walkway to the beach. It is located near bars, restaurants, golf courses, and entertainment options for children. This condo is located in Building 3, Unit D, on the second floor. Motorcycles/golf carts are NOT permitted on the property. No Pets are allowed on the property.

Overall great place to be. Views are great, short walk across the dunes to main beach, awesome year round neighborhoods. Even though Hurricane Debby was bearing down on us the neighbors and our hosts made us feel safe and we made the best of our time here.

Our family had a wonderful time! The location was perfect for us. Away from all the traffic but close enough to everything our family might of needed. The views are gorgeous. The pool was very clean. Parking lot was very close by. Walkways to beach were easy even with a wagon to pull. All the neighbors are very friendly and great to chat with. The condo was clean and had everything you could need. We bought way to much stuff, because you just never know especially with little kids. We hope to come back again! Our only complaint, the pool was soooo cold, but thats nature's fault.

INCREDIBLE VIEW

We've been to countless beaches across the Carolinas for many years and have yet to stay at the point at Cherry Grove. What a spectacular place! The location was perfect for much needed R&R without the hype of myrtle beach. Quiet. You could enjoy either sitting on the beach side, or the sound side. There were multiple kayaks, but no life jackets, so we opted not to do that. The pool was great as it was right out our front door so you could sit on the front chairs and watch from the 2nd floor balcony if you wanted. The 2 BR unit was nice w/2 full baths and separate A/C units in each bedroom and great room. Lots of windows a plus. Den couch was comfy, chairs were a little small and mix-matched and not as comfortable for sitting and watching an evening movie w/the family. Full-time neighbors were very nice. Keypad lock on front door was perfect for use with family coming and going to the beach throughout the day. Gated community was also great not to worry about people passing through. A little uncomfortable having to give personal home address online to have gate key mailed to us, haven't had to do that before. Would have preferred keypad code for gate entrance but not a deal breaker. Remotes needed AA batteries, fridge door sticks. You'll need to buy trash bags, dishwasher pods, hand soap, paper products, etc. Also, bring your own linens. Close to grocery store, and pier, and shops if you want to get out. Overall a gorgeous place. Would love to come back again soon.
