Updated & Comfortable Living- The master suite at Palmetto Breeze has a queen bed and en-suite bath. The second bedroom features a queen bed and two cozy twin beds. Both baths are modern and well-appointed, with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, ensuring convenience for everyone. Linens, towels, blow dryer, and starter essentials provided.

Fully Stocked Updated Kitchen- Whip up meals with ease in the sleek, fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, new quartz countertops, ample counter space, and all the cookware and utensils you’ll need. Fully stocked coffee bar to include Keurig, regular coffee pot, a variety of gourmet k-cups, creamers, sugar, and sweeteners, as well as a selection of tea. Dine together at the spacious table or enjoy fresh seafood al fresco on the balcony. There is a charcoal grill available in the common area. Charcoal is not provided. Please clean the grill after use.

Family-Friendly Amenities- Palmetto Breeze was designed with families in mind, this condo includes board games, cable TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and 3 smart TVs. Log into your own streaming accounts during your stay, just remember to log out when you leave! The open living area provides plenty of space for movie nights, while the complex offers a pool, sundeck, grill, outdoor shower, and private beach access.

Amenities for your use-

Fully stocked, ground level, locked, beach closet!!! No more lugging your beach equipment up and down stairs!!! This closet is stocked with chairs, boogie boards, nets, buckets, shovels, and more.

Eight beach towels and a soft sided cooler backpack are provided for your use in second bedroom closet.

An ironing board, iron, and pack 'n play are also available in the same closet.

PLEASE NOTE:

This building is NON SMOKING. Smoking in any form (Smoking/Vaping/Medical Marijuana) is not allowed in the condo, at the pool or sundeck, on the balcony, on the front or rear stairwells, or anywhere on the premises.

Towels and clothing are never to be hung on the balcony or stairwell railings.

Pets are NOT allowed. Due to service animal laws, dogs may occasionally have been in this unit. The unit is throughly cleaned before each rental.

No outdoor cooking on the balcony

Fireworks are prohibited on the property

Ring camera devices are located outside only. Devices are not monitored but are recorded in the cloud in the case of a complaint or issue.

Pool is not heated and is open April-October

Two parking spaces are provided. One marked unit #302 and a second unmarked space along the edge of parking area. You must use the parking passes provided on the welcome board in the hall.

Minimum age for booking is 25. No third party booking

Pest control is performed the last Tuesday of each month by the condo association. There is nothing for you to do just be aware that they may need access to your unit.
