Situated on the fifth floor, you will find breathtaking views in this three bedroom, two bathroom unit. There is plenty of room for up to six people, and the comfortable furnishings will make you feel right at home. Crescent Dunes is a non-smoking building located along the widest portion of the beach, so you can spend your days collecting shells, listening to the waves, swimming, playing, and soaking up the sun. You can also take a dip in the oceanfront pool, have a barbeque on one of the outdoor grills, or simply relax on the deck with a good book. There are flat screen televisions in all of the bedrooms and the living room, and free wireless internet can help you stay as connected as you wish to be. Come experience all that the Grand Strand has to offer, and let this Crescent Dunes unit help you make the most of your North Myrtle Beach vacation. THIS BUILDING HAS A 35# WEIGHT LIMIT FOR PETS, AS WELL AS A 2 PET MAXIMUM PER UNIT.

We rent strictly to families and adults 25 and over only in this property. Family groups are defined as parents, grandparents, children and extended family members vacationing together in one home. We do not rent to house parties and/or groups including but not limited to fraternity, high school graduation, spring break from high schools or colleges, or other non family groups, to be determined at the sole discretion of Retreat Myrtle Beach. Violators of this regulation will be denied occupancy and will forfeit the full rental amount. In the instance that a non-family group is found to occupy a unit, the violation of the above rules shall be grounds for an expedited eviction with no refund. ABSOLUTELY NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED.

Rates are based on beach location, property quality, condition, furnishings and the number of people the unit may accommodate. Errors in descriptions, rates and property amenities listed or advertised are subject to change without notice. Omissions and/or additions or errors as well as changes in property bedding, furnishings and equipment, etc., shall not be the responsibility of the agent or owner. Overall it was a great week. We would return to this condo. The floor was a bit sandy when we initially arrived (though this is somewhat to be expected when staying at the beach). We did not have any issues. Arrival and check out were easy.

Bring a 3”mattress topper!

The ocean view and convenience of location and building (elevator) is wonderful. Having our 5lb poodle with us is a blessing. The unit is appealing and it feels like a beach condo should. Major complaint you may like to know - ALL mattresses are like concrete slabs! Bring mattress toppers for all beds. Coffee table leg is STILL broken (complaint of a May ‘23 review). Kitchen stocked well enough. Had to use spoons for ice cream scooping as there was no scooper. All appliances and wi-if worked as they should.

Nice ocean view

This condo was nice overall, though a few things I thought would be good to point out. Id recommend bringing slippers or socks to wear around the condo. No matter how much you try to vacuum or sweep, your feet will be dirty. The master bedroom was nice, being able to hear the ocean. The windows must be a bit drafty because this room is a bit warmer than the rest of the condo. The curtains and blinds do not stop the light from shining through if that bothers you before 6am. We had a draining issue with our bath tub, but the manager quickly replied when I reached out. One thing I'd highly recommend as a mother traveling with an almost 2 year old and a 4 year old is another locking mechanism for the door on the inside that a child couldn't easily open. I was very concerned about my kids, especially my 4 year old, just walking out of the condo while we were asleep since there's no lock from the inside.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our rental experience started with a new method of checking in- code boxes. Awesome addition to the process. Thank you! We also received parking passes by email eliminating the need to check in at Retreat. As much as I enjoy seeing Jeanne every year, this was great. Our units were okay. They could definitely used some tender loving care. Drawers that do not close, lights that blink, furniture that should be upgraded. Unit #503 sleeps eight. There were only 6 of us - yet 6 large plates and 2 small plates hardly seem adequate for eating in the unit. When I contacted Retreat about a concern on Saturday just before closing, I received a call that afternoon addressing my concerns...very appreciated. I would recommend this property to a friend with the caveat that the units are not in tip top condition and the pictures are more flattering than the reality. The spot on the beach is quite perfect with little overcrowding - even July 4 week. The property was cleaned very nicely. Last year we got dinged for excessive sand so this year the showers were thoroughly cleaned and I vacuumed twice to make sure that didn't recur.

Thoroughly enjoyed out stay here. It is in the area we like to stay. The only issues were the floors. After 1 day going barefoot, my feet were black. Place was clean with the exception of the floors, they need mopping.

AWESOME PROPERTY AND LOCATION

Will definitely be coming back here. Condo was spacious, clean, kitchen was well stocked, an incredible view of the ocean from the 5th floor. Neighborhood is quiet with plenty of police presence. if your looking for a great, clean, quiet vacation condo then look no further this one has it all.

Great Condo

This condo had everything you need, it was clean, the location was great, communication was great, no issues checking in or out. My only complaint is the king size bed in the master bedroom was very hard. Besides that my family really enjoyed our stay.

Myrtle Beach Week

The only issue was a terrible urine smell in the elevator that was left by a dog. Other than that, our stay was enjoyable and the ocean view was beautiful.

Beach 2022

I have been visiting Crescent beach for over 25 years and my stay at Crescent Dunes was delightful. The unit was clean and decorated in a beautiful beach theme. It was nice to find an ocean front property that allowed pets which made the trip even more enjoyable. I will definitely revisit in the future!
