* We have a minimum renter age of 25 and guest 25 or older must be residing during the entire stay.

*This unit is located on the 11th floor.

*Pool is closed around November 1-April 1st

*Check in information will be sent 3 days before check in

*No motorcycles, golf carts, or caravans are allowed at this property per the HOA.

*Washing machine/dryer located in unit.

*Daily housekeeping unavailable.

*Starter bag with one role of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and dish-soap provided.

*Two parking passes provided in unit. No additional passes will be provided.

*Keurig and drip coffee maker provided in unit.

*Rentals one month or longer will require a monthly walkthrough by management staff.

*ID: Photo ID is required for all reservations.

*Damage Protection: For your peace of mind, guests are required to choose either a $59 damage waiver (no security deposit hold - most common) or a refundable $1000 security deposit, returned within 7 days of check-out if no damage occurs.

Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.

2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.

3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.

4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.

5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.

6. Refunds will not be given for stays cancelled outside the free cancellation window.
