"This hotel is beautiful and we normally love our stays here. The only complaint we have is the cleanliness of the room. There was a used bar of soap in the shower, the smoke alarm was chirping and we discovered the next day, a dirty wash cloth hanging over the shower rod. It definitely didn’t feel like our usual Hilton stays."
