Large 5 Bedroom home located Between Fairbanks and North Pole

You’ll love this spacious home, perfect for entertaining and relaxation. Relax on the private backyard deck or shoot hoops on the paved basketball court. Inside, you’ll find a large, fully equipped kitchen and plenty of storage. Stay connected with high-speed internet and TVs throughout. The indoor arcade area brings fun for all ages. Centrally located yet surrounded by peaceful trees, this home offers the perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and entertainment for your stay.
-Please remove shoes at front door, we have provided a rubber mat.
-Never turn off Thermostat (House pipes could freeze)
-Keep window closed OCT 1st-MAY 1st (House pipes could freeze)
-Please don't put suite cases on the beds, we have provided a stand and have lots of closet space in each room
-House is on septic system with lift station, please don't put flushable wipes or food products(grease) down the drains as this will clog and stop the lift station.
-Ladies/Gentlemen with fresh died hair can request a dark towel as not to stain our grey ones.

Raven’s BirdHouse

We loved our stay here - it was the perfect location for our Christmas vacation, worked well for the size of my family, and the host was incredibly helpful. I would recommend this property to others, and would absolutely stay here again. Five stars!

Great place to stay for large groups

We were a group of 13 including kids and Raven's place was the perfect getaway for us. The place was very clean and had all the amenities we were looking for. She was very prompt in any questions I had during our stay. I will definitely recommend Raven's place for anyone visiting Fairbanks.

North Pole/ Fairbanks

The property was a big size to meet the needs of big family, it was a private area that was quiet and nice. Close to Fairbanks, and North Pole and even a relatively close drive to Denali (2 hrs). The host was incredibly nice, quick to respond to inquiries. The neighbor had some dogs at first we weren't sure about with the kids playing outside, but they were nice and didn't mess with them. It is a quiet and cozy place to stay while enjoying Alaska in a pretty central location for Fairbanks and North Pole.

Great group getaway to Alaska

We were easily able to fit 7 people, and the house was large and spacious for the whole group without feeling cramped. Easy access to pretty much everything. Would highly recommend.

The host was the best we ever experienced! The property was clean and just as described. There was communication whenever we needed anything and even advice when we asked! Raven was wonderful and I would highly recommend for anyone going for a vacation in North Pole, AK!

Awesome Place for Large Group

Raven's Birdhouse is a beautiful place and very spacious! Plenty of room for a large group. We really enjoyed the kitchen and dining area. It allowed for several people to be in the kitchen and all of our group of 8 could sit down and have a meal together. Well stocked and nice appliances. Nice big windows to look outside to watch the snow falling and the beautiful winter wonderland! Our beds were comfortable and delightfully decorated rooms. Communication with Raven was very good. I would highly recommend this place for your group.
