"The guy working the front desk in the mornings with the nice sweaters knows everything to do around. He’s got a great attitude and was very helpful! The hotel is perfectly located, we felt safe and was close to all the activities (Zoo, Ballpark Village, Gateway Arch National Park & Union Station). We parked on the street and had no problems. The spa is definitely worth it, the pool is huge. The steam room and dry sauna was very clean. The kids loved the penguins and the green space outback. The museum was not kid friendly with mature themes and was definitely not for us. "

"I had a very disappointing experience during my stay at Hyatt. There were multiple miscommunications from the start. I was informed upon arrival that there was no self-parking available, and I was charged $50 plus tax for parking, which was not clearly explained beforehand. The staff’s behavior was quite cold and unhelpful. They did not properly explain important details about the stay. For example, I was told that breakfast was included, but I was not given clear information about how or where to access it. Additionally, only one elevator was working, which caused long wait times as many guests were trying to use it. Despite the inconvenience, the staff did not seem concerned or proactive in addressing the situation. Overall, this was my first bad experience with Hyatt, and it was quite disappointing."

"Breakfast was good. Morning staff great. Our second time staying first time was great. This time our room had a lot of stains in the carpet and the bathtub was kind of gross. The elevators were full of crumbs and food and that people checking Us in what kind of rude "

"Best hotel stay ever! The kickback meals are delicious and saved our family so much money! Adults get 3 free alcoholic beverages per night. There is a soda fountain at breakfast and the kickback. The pool was huge! My kids loved the 2 hot tubs! "

"Good hotel for the price, rooms were clean. They served a pretty good breakfast. Few things could use some updating. But again for the price i have no complaints. Staff was very courteous and helpful. "

"My family and I visit St. Louis every year. This is our third stay at this gem. The hosts have everything a traveler could possibly need. Chargers for devices, large TVs in every bedroom. Furnishings are high quality and decor is amazing. Plenty of towels and toiletries for the bathroom and linens for the kitchen. (Even a curling iron in the bathroom. I forgot mine and was tickled to find one) Love having the half bath on first floor. Fully equiped kitchen, including a dishwasher, full size fridge, stove and microwave. Also small applances-blenders, crock pots, pots, pans-everything one would have at home is in this home away from home kitchen. Cupboards and refrigerator are full of different foods and spices for guests to enjoy. An array of brocures of local attractions, resturants, etc are near the door and a cabinet in the foyer containing games. Light switches are labelled so you know what area they illuminate.A dining room seating for 6, and beautiful table setting.Living room has reclining couch and loveseat, large TV, child sized chair and coffee table.A secured garage is a plus! Cozy fenced back yard with a grill. This property is meticulously cared for and the hosts are wonderful. To be honest, this is the best property I have ever stayed at. Highly recommend!"
