"The parking is very tight and separate from the hotel. The room was clean but could have used some minor repairs such as holes in window shade and flashing sensor lights. We arrived late at night and there were drunks outside of hotel which you have to walk past to go to the parking area about a half block away. Overall would recommend but finding parking and neighborhood is a bit rough if arriving past midnight "

"The interior is lovely! It really takes you back to a different time. I love hotel rooms that have grace and charm and this hotel definitely has that. The large windows and the high ceilings make it a bright and airy room. Lots of classic touches, including antique furniture, antique lamps, as well as large clawfoot bathtub (at least my room had one). The bar is gorgeous and a lovely place to have a cocktail before dinner. The staff is efficient and friendly, and they move around quite silently so you can almost feel like you’re a guest in their home."

"Stayed a Thursday and Friday night for a medical procedure at Allegheny General Hospital on Friday so didn’t roam around very much. Very close to the I279 exit and the hospital. Very clean and quiet in our 3rd floor room. A lot of staff was visible but never in the way. Very professional. Obviously a very old historic building but very well preserved and maintained. Nice atmosphere. "
