I was extremely disappointed with our stay at the Centennial Hotel. I booked our room months in advance, yet when we arrived, the room type I had reserved was not available. We were also told we couldn’t be moved to another room because the hotel was way overbooked, leaving us with no real option despite having made our reservation months ahead of time.
Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was an even bigger issue. There appeared to be mold or mildew in the bathroom corners, and there were spiders and other bugs in the corners of the walls and ceiling. The bedding also had visible stains, which is absolutely not something you expect to find when checking into a hotel room.
On top of that, the room was booked for two people, but we were only provided one set of towels.
I understand that hotels can occasionally have maintenance issues or booking problems, but this was several problems at once: the room we reserved months ahead of time wasn’t available, the hotel was so overbooked that we couldn’t change rooms, the bathroom was not properly cleaned, there were bugs in the room, the bedding was stained, and basic supplies weren’t provided for both guests.
For what a hotel stay costs, guests should at minimum receive the room they reserved and a room that is clean and properly prepared. Based on this experience, I would not stay here again.

Beautiful style. Nicholas and Hannah were so helpful with getting us settled. We arrived so late (12:10 a.m.), but Nicholas assured us that it was completely fine. I truly felt like I had been there before, they greeted us so warmly.
We were attending a concert in the area and arrived back the following night well after midnight. Again, a different gentleman was working the front desk, he wore glasses, but I didn't catch a glimpse of his name tag. He welcomed us like it was three in the afternoon. So kind. The rooms were absolutely clean. The gym and pool were outstanding!
If you have the chance, walk around the neighbourhood, and take a camera or your phone (at night it's stunning {especially the cathedral})!!
Parking is off-site, half a block away.

"Best Western Plus was the farthest north hotel in Spokane. We were attending a wedding north of Spokane, so the location was perfect! It was close to food & entertainment, and was clean and quiet. The breakfast was great and the staff was wonderful!"
