"We stayed for 6 days and absolutely loved our time here. The house has stunning views and doors that open right up to catch the breezes. The very large deck allowed us spend lots of meals just enjoying the view. The kitchen is very well kitted out with everything you need for cooking and dining. "Horrible Easy Stay Hotel, Hope Island QG stay experience. Reception staff were never available to help as the TV didn't work because of no wifi. There was two fish and chips meals half eaten and left on the kitchen order counter, which was distrubing to see, because their was not waiters to clean. I waited a while but there was never any reception staff around to get help. There was no hotel room landline phone to the reception staff. A hotel person came to my door asking if I had a wifi box, I don't have one visible in the room so she left without fixing the TV internet connection. The Easy Stay Hotel room door was difficult to lock up and the screen door lock was broken. There was dirty marks over the walls and floors. The bathroom and kitchen had cockroaches, cockroaches legs left on the floor tiles. There was no tea towel to wipe up glasses or a tea cup. The toilet seat was the wrong size so it was crockered on the toilet and keep sliding off the toilet seat. The curtains were worn and their rails were broken so curtains were not held secure. The bed doonas were very worn and badly stained and not usage. I left two days early and asked for a refund at reception as it was depressing accommodation and not as advertised. I was told I would get an automatic refund however I have not received a refund to-date."
