All was wonderful. We had a problem with the concrete curbs. The curb grabbed our bumper and pulled the front end of our bumper off when we had to back out. It has cost us several thousand dollars for the repairs. Otherwise it was a beautiful facility.

The hotel is well-located on downtown, close to Riverwalk. The amenities are basics. The cleanliness of the hotel is ok. You can eat on-site, we took the breakfast, it is convenable but be careful, the plates are spicy

It is not on the beach. Pictures misleading….Door was broken, bathtub flooded in minutes and fire alarm would go off when a hot shower was took. Quick to take ur money for early check-in/late check out almost could feel the greed. But nice pool war with amazing bartender and food.

Calling this a ‘luxury’ listing is a joke. We had cockroaches in our room to which no accommodative action was taken. They would not move us rooms nor was there any monetary compensation given despite
multiple pictures and emails about the issue. Dishes were dirty in the cupboards. Everything was cheap or falling apart - shower rod was falling out of the wall, furniture was stained and had cheap covers on them, patio furniture was a small cheap wooden set that had mold on the table and cushions, the mattress didn’t have a protector and was stained, there were finger prints and old oil splatter all over the cupboards, walls and stove, the fridge door doesn’t shut, and so on and so forth. Don’t waste your money.
