Good price but you get what you pay for
Amazing view and beach access. Staff were help helpful and friendly. It’s an old school Cape Cod family resort that hasn’t been upgraded. Clean but old. Good size rooms. We didn’t think there was heat in the room until we found the portable heater in the closet. It kept us warm until the power went out in 1/2 the room while we slept

Very pleasent and accomadating check in. Room dated, bathroom could use some work but clean. I love the location and its on the beach. The pool closed at 9 which was disappointing.

I loved you could walk to the ocean, the colors in the room made my eyes dance, the pool was clean and the jets worked on the hot tub, they helped me out with a million things, the owners son is handsome , Shannon is a magical lady and I was honored to meet one of her friends. GO HERE

Clean, safe, comfortable, and convenient accomodations. The rooms are a little dated and some of the fixtures are showing their age, but everything was clean and functional. The motel has a variety of rooms - I have stayed in both the parking lot and beachfront rooms. There is a separate building with efficiencies across the street. The prices are quite reasonable for its proximity to PTown and the National Seashore and other attractions. The CCRTA buses stop right outside the property and it is just $2 one way.

Nice staff; simple but clean and well-kept room (note to site: Please install soap dishes in the showers). Quiet and peaceful. Short bike ride to Provincetown.

Large sandy beach area. Nice landscaping. Very helpful staff. Unfortunately, there was no restaurant within walking distance despite what Google maps said, but that wasn’t the restaurant’s fault.

Very cozy, comfy, large room. Very close to Provincetown and all the shops. Very nice pool and we loved the beach access. My in-laws ended up going two weeks later because we liked it so much and were very happy .

Please note that the photos on of this hotel is probably from the 70 or 80s. Its a little run down. However, the lady at the front desk is super nice and for less than $200 a night you cant go wrong. The beds where comfy. It would have been nice to have another surface to place our things/food on, maybe beside the fridge. There are chairs outside your door and you are located on the beach. The beach does need a good raking. So, leave your shoes one. Your are only 7 mins away from Provincetown. And less than 15 mins from the national parks. There is free parking on the roads jus before you arrive into town. However to park into town, its $2 per hour with the city app or they have parking lots for $30 a day. Provincetown is a very colourful town and you must try the mussel ligunie at Fanizzi!!!!!

Great value! Walls are a little thin but beautiful location, clean room, friendly staff. About 2 mile, flat walk to the heart of Provincetown but there’s a bus if you’re feeling more leisurely. Would stay there again!

The nonrefundable Dune view room was such a disappointment. Old tired room with stains on the rug, green walls, worn out doors and woodwork, dirty old maroon drapes, slider to deck had nice view of dunes but the noise of Route 6 from the passing cars was very loud. The flooring of deck is old and needs repair. The dune view room is located up the road from main motel which I had no idea of when booking room. Crossing Route 6A while walking to use pool, sit on beach, get ice is dangerous as there are no sidewalks and dark at night. I have stayed in many rooms over the years on the Cape and know that the room won't be modern but this room needs serious updating. The best part of this motel was it's location to the National Seashores beaches.

a comparatively reasonable option in the insanely expensive Cape hotel landscape. Drawbacks: thin walls, hard pillows, low quality "stretched" image on the small flat screen. Plusses: Very large room [good for families], dining table, nice view of dunes out back balcony. Pleasant staff

We had a Blast! Bus every half hour takes you to and from ptown. Two bucks a head! Stayed during the week. Front desk staff are very nice and helpful. Pool and private beach is so cool!!!!! Jacuzzi too!

Our room at Blue Sea Motor Inn didn’t have a view of the water, and it was very out of the way, so while it was quiet, it was not what we expected. The buildings are old and some things like the stairs look run down. Our room was spacious and super clean and our stay was not long. It’s not far from Provincetown and Race Point Beach.

We LOVED our stay at the Blue Sea. Everything was clean, tidy, comfortable, and super affordable. Having beach front access right outside your room was simply unbeatable. We are already planning to come back later this season and make this spot our go-to cheap beach escape!
